What is Neuroplasticity and its Benefits?

Neuroplasticity is the process by which the brain forms new neural pathways for developing positive new skills, habits and cognitive function.

Scholarly studies of mindset coaching have proliferated in recent years. The Neurochange Methodology has an excellent record and grounding in science and evidence. A 2017 study of 96, 12-15 yr students concluded that even a single, 30 Minute Growth Mindset Intervention had highly positive effects on depression, behavioural control and anxiety even 9 months later, compared to the control group.
